The Stamp of the Tandoor.

Hand-stretched dough, heavy terracotta ovens, and the rhythmic percussion of the metal stamp. We carry the wheat-scented soul of Bukhara to the city.

Origin Story

Generations of Samarkand gold.

Our ovens were built using local clay and straw, following the precise dimensions of the great bakeries of the Silk Road.

Each loaf is marked with a family seal — a visual prayer for prosperity and health. A lineage of fire and flour that has crossed oceans to remain unchanged in Forest Hills.
